Accommodation Booking:
You are advised to make accommodation booking directly with the hotels recommended in our website. If you face difficulties in doing so, please contact the organization board and we will support you (however we are unable to book hotel for you).
Translator services: free of charge
There are interpreters who translate from Vietnamese into English and vice versa in all meeting rooms for APEC’s members. Note: we are able to provide interpreters of English language only
Timetable of presentation:
At this moment, we have not had a full list of 21 economic members who register to make presentation at the meeting. Timetable for member participants’ presentations will be arranged after 16th October, 2006 with a concept to satisfy your registration. So you are advised to register your presentation before 16th Oct., 2006. We will arrange 3 - 4 member delegations in one room in case participants come in large numbers. Timetable of presentations and list of participants will be sent to you soonest.
Presentation aids: We have full equipment for presentation (microphone, projector). You just need to bring your own document, USB or laptop with you.
Investment Consultations (Booth):
An international standard booth will be provided free of charge by the host country.

Booth size: 3m x 3m

Booth specifications and floor plan: There will be 1 table, 1 chair and 1 computer put in the booth free of charge.

Drawing: is up to your wish or your tradition. If you need the organization board help you draw, you’ll have to pay some money (charge). However, we wish to pin just a small logo of APEC Forum (as attached) in your booth drawing.

Date of setting: You should register soon, we will confirm and let you know later. There will be enough time for you to set up your booth.

Floor plan will be forwarded to you soon.
Information relating to marginal meetings:

Investors can network with APEC economy representatives in the APEC economies’ presentations session.

There will be a booth for display and introduction of investment potential, opportunities, environment and policies of Vietnam’s provinces and of Vietnam as a whole.

Namelist of companies and their fields will be displayed at the Forum site. We can not send them to you now because we still in the process of collecting them.
